- Trade compliance consulting
- Programme milestone reporting
- Documentation support associated with sourcing mandates
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for all services
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure products and supplier representations comply with international trade laws
- Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
- Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for wholesale programmes
- Notify us immediately of material changes to programmes or SKU specifications
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Fees are payable in advance unless credit terms are established
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise stated
- Late payments may suspend services and incur additional fees
- Prices may change without notice
- Customs duties, taxes, and third-party charges may apply in addition
5. Liability and Limitations
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Liability is limited to the lesser of actual documented loss or the cap described in programme agreements
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages unless prohibited by applicable law
- Claims must be raised promptly after delivery or the scheduled delivery date
- Force majeure events suspend performance obligations to the extent required by law
